The ACTIVE SMALL BODIES IN THE SOLAR SYSTEM workshop will take place in the Hotel Lesná****. 
The Hotel Lesná is situated in a touristic area of Stará Lesná municipality. The Hotel is located only 500 meters away from the Astronomical Institute set in the beautiful scenery of the High Tatras mountains. The hotel provides broadband Internet connection via WiFi. The conference hall is fully equipped with data and overhead projectors, and fast internet access.
Slovak Republic is situated in central Europe. It has three major airports: Bratislava, Košice, and Poprad. There are other three conveniently located airports, the airport in Vienna (60 km from Bratislava), Budapest and Krakow-Balice.
Stará Lesná is a small village located in the northern part of Slovakia, close to the frontier with Poland, located only 20 km from Poprad, the biggest town in the area easily accessible by train, bus, or plane.
