Description: Based on the observations of the CHEOPS space telescope, we managed to confirm an exoplanet in the system HD 22946. It is a system where there are three transiting planets: b, c, and d. They were discovered only recently using the TESS space telescope. The true orbital period of the outermost planet d was unknown until now, therefore it was not confirmed. We determined its true orbital period and refined the dimensions of all planets in the system. The planet HD 22946 d is a very interesting planet. It is a warm mini-Neptune. We know only a few such exoplanets. These exoplanets have sizes between Earth and Neptune and orbit their host stars closer than planet Mercury our Sun. Warm mini-Neptunes are unlike any planet in our Solar system and provide a „missing link“ between Earth-like and Neptune-like planets.
