EXPERIENCE WITH OPTICON TRANS-NATIONAL ACCESS PROGRAMME:

	+ easy and direct application procedure to TAC of the particular
	  telescope (not added values,...)
	+ information about results immediatelly
	+ full support at the telescope (dependent on local instrument 
					 policy)
	+ covers: travel (cheapest), local expences (foot+accommodation)
	+ easy and simple report procedure
  
        - reimbursement only several months after campaign 
	- only one person per campaign 
	- no taxi
