INFORMATION ON PAYMENTS

The LOC is greatful if you can provide information about your payments (see Instruction for Payments in the 2nd announcement):

Registration Fee*: I will pay the fee before March 31, 2003 (early fee 240 EUR / accompanied person fee 60 EUR)
I will pay the fee on arrival (basic fee 280 EUR / accompanied person fee 80 EUR)
My registration fee was approved to be waived

Accommodation*: I am ready to send money if contacted by the Hotel where my accommodation is booked
I prefer to pay accommodation on my arrival taking into account that my booking remains non-obligatory
