Abstract:
Post common envelope binary V471 Tauri is a subject of interest for decades. 
Due to its evolutionary state and unique properties different phenomena were observed 
during years. For example spots, magnetic accretion, light travel time effect. Different 
sets of data can be resolved by different, sometimes contradictory, theories. Based on 
new data, are we closer to solution explaining most of the observed phenomena?
